Flat 54, Pen Dinas has come a long way since we began working there in 2002. Conditions of the flats were grim and burnt out cars were the norm. RCT Homes have transformed the flats and allow Valleys Kids to work out of a converted flat. It’s a small venue but it still hosts a hive of activities for all age groups.
