We are happy to announce 3 freelance job opportunities that are available within the Make It! Programme.

What is Make It!?

We are excited to introduce Make It! A brand new network, participation, commissioning and touring programme; designed by and for emerging artists, aged 18 - 29 living and/ or working in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT). Funded through the Arts Council of Wales Connect & Flourish funding stream, the programme aims to create a culture where RCT is a place to play, create and develop an arts ecology that’s attractive to others’. Where emerging artists and practitioners are actively drawn to come together and collaborate.

Partner Freelancers and Organisation include:

Off Ya Trolley Productions, Citrus Arts, Leeway Productions, Afon Dance, Artis Community, Spectacle Theatre, RCT theatre’s and Sparc, Valleys Kids alongside Interlink - the umbrella company for the voluntary sector in RCT, Dirty Protest who support new writing and Wales Millennium Centre, creative learning team. And Freelancers, Ian McAndrew, Matteo Marfoglia, Kiara Sullivan and Yasmin Williams. 

Network/ Participation Lead (Freelance)
Hours: 1 day per week
Fee: £9,900 (66 days @ £150 a day)
Location: Hot-Desking facilities will primarily be located at: The Factory, Porth (Sparc, Valleys Kids)
Term: Make It! runs for an 18 month period from July 2021 – February 2023

Fee: £4,950 (33 days @ £150 per day)
Location: Hot-Desking facilities will primarily be located at: The Factory, Porth
(Sparc, Valleys Kids)
Term: Make It! runs for an 18 month period from July 2021 – February 2023

Beth ydy Gwnewch e!/Make it!?

Rydyn ni’n teimlo’n gyffrous iawn wrth gyflwyno Gwnewch e!/Make It! Rhaglen newydd sbon yw hon yn cynnwys elfennau o rwydweithio, cyfranogi, comisiynu a theithio; cynlluniwyd hi gan ac ar gyfer egin-artistiaid rhwng 18 a 29 mlwydd oed sy’n byw a/neu yn gweithio yn Rhondda Cynon Taf (RhCT).
Nod y rhaglen – a ariennir trwy gynllun Cysylltu a Ffynnu Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru – yw creu diwylliant lle mae RhCT yn fan i chwarae, creu a datblygu ecoleg celfyddydau sy’n ddeniadol i eraill; man lle caiff egin-artistiaid ac ymarferwyr eu denu i ddod at ei gilydd a chydweithio.

Cynyrchiadau Off Ya Trolley, Citrus Arts, Cynyrchiadau Leeway, Afon Dance, Cymuned Artis, Theatr Spectacle, theatrau RhCT a Sparc, Valleys Kids, ochr yn ochr ag Interlink – y cwmni ambarél dros y sector gwirfoddol yn RhCT – Dirty Protest, sy’n cefnogi ysgrifennu newydd, a thîm dysgu creadigol Canolfan Mileniwm Cymru.
