(Polly Thomas and Simon Ayre). Born out of the Together Stronger partnership with the Wales Millennium Centre. A Festival of Voice commission led by Bethan Marlow but made from scratch by the young people and youth arts workers of Sparc. A series of creative interventions, designed to pop up around the festival, ranging in scale, form and content, each one of them exploring "power".
