Drama Workshop Consultation 2025

We had a wonderful time with our awesome partners at the Wales Millennium Centre - Canolfan Mileniwm Cymru! Building friendships, sharing stories and creative ideas, expressing our voices and generally cooking and hanging out! We look forward to working together to collaborate on a special production in the near future Little Bryn Gwyn is a place for us to reconnect and show how we are #togetherstronger What a gorgeous day we had yesterday with the Penygraig, Rhydyfelin, Dinas and Penyrenglyn Drama Workshops. We started off the day with a wonderful arts and crafts session led by the lovely Anne Culverhouse-Evans The groups created crafts that represented the good and the bad of their communities and the wider world while offering solutions that could help better the world. Thank you Anne for leading such a beautiful session. In the afternoon, we consulted with them on: - What they like about Sparc/what could we do better - What are the big issues they face as young people - How can we fundraise as Sparc and how would they like to be involved The groups also participated in a Welsh Government survey that is centred around their new Anti-Poverty strategy. Last but not least, they played plenty of games, had loads of fun and made friends with other young people they did not know before. Massive shout out to our wonderful volunteers for supporting the young people. A stunning day with our drama workshops.
